  3. Now use endpoint security Firewall rule and create a firewall application rule blocking chrome. You have to open the policy on PC or laptop where you are having the ERR_SSL_Version_or_CIPHER_Mismatch error.
  4. Add “application firewall Rule” on chrome.exe.
  5. Check Any on both “local’s Address” and “Remote Address”.
  6. In the Port or port range section of the Remote address, type “443”.
  7. Now save the setup.
